Mª Ángeles Burgos

Graduated in Physics at the Universidad de Valencia. Doctoral student of the G.O.A-UVa since 2013 with the financial support of a FPI (Predoctoral Research Grant) of the Spanish MINECO (P.I. Victoria E. Cachorro Revilla), within the research project of “Development and technical and scientific applications of the RIMA-AERONET network”. As part of the training program of the grant she obtained the M.Sc. degree in Advanced Technologies for the Agroforestry Development (Palencia, UVa) during the academic course 2013-2014. At the present, she develops her research activity focusing on the study of atmospheric high turbidity intrusions arriving to Castilla y León, concretely, the desert dust aerosol intrusions. Moreover, she collaborates in the calibration and maintenance tasks of the photometers pertaining to the RIMA network.
