CARS
Centro de calibración de AERONET dentro de center for aerosol remote sensing (CARS) de ACTRIS. Universidad de Valladolid.
This project supports the operation of the AERONET calibration center within the ACTRIS Center for Aerosol Remote Sensing (CARS). It strengthens the European reference capability for calibrating sun–sky radiometers used in aerosol remote sensing by implementing standardized procedures, ensuring traceability, and providing high-quality calibration services. The work enhances the reliability and comparability of aerosol observations across the ACTRIS and AERONET networks, contributing to improved atmospheric monitoring and climate research.
